Global Manufacturing System

In China, GWM has 10 major full-process vehicle production bases. outside of the Mainland China, GWM has established full-process vehicle production bases in Eurasia, Thailand, and Brazil, and has several KD factories in Ecuador, Pakistan, and other places.

Eurasia

Eursia project has a total investment of 500 million US dollars, lasting for 4 years, with a planned annual production of 150,000 vehicles and a localization rate of 65%. The factory covers four major production processes: stamping, welding, painting, and final assembly. It is the first overseas full-process vehicle manufacturing factory of GWM and the largest investment project of Chinese automotive brands in overseas markets.

Thailand

The Rayong New Energy Factory is the second overseas full-process vehicle manufacturing factory of GWM, and also the first overseas new energy vehicle production factory of GWM. It covers an area of 658,800 square meters, with an initial planned annual production capacity of 80,000 vehicles and a localization rate of 40%.

Brazil

factory is located in São Paulo State and it was completed and operational in August 2025. It covers a total area of 1.2 million square meters, with a construction area of 94,000 square meters. The facility includes core process workshops such as welding, painting (including robot applications), and final assembly, along with comprehensive equipment, energy supply systems, and an efficient logistics supply chain. The annual production capacity is 50,000 vehicles.
