Kuala Lumpur, 18 July 2024 — Great Wall Motor (GWM) Malaysia will organise an off-road test drive event on July 20th and 21st, 2024, at M4TREC, a 4WD training and experience centre in Semenyih. It is in conjunction with the GWM TANK 300’s recent launch in Malaysia, for this fully imported (CBU) off-road SUV is priced competitively at RM 250,000 on the road without insurance and comes in four attractive colours: Dusk Orange, Fossil Grey, Crystal Black, and Pearl White.
This event provides the public with the opportunity to personally experience the custom-designed obstacles and challenges that showcase the capabilities of the GWM TANK 300, highlighting it as the ideal off-road SUV. Additionally, participants can receive training from expert instructors on how to tackle any rugged terrain during their outdoor adventures.
There will be several formidable obstacles in the centre, which are open to the public to conquer with the GWM TANK 300, such as a Log Bridge, Axle Twister, Ridge Crossing, Log Track, Hill Descent, Hill Climb and others.
"We want the public to experience the performance and capabilities of our GWM TANK 300 in a variety of road conditions, with safety being our top priority. To ensure this, we have arranged for experienced instructors to guide participants as they confidently take on the off-road challenges," commented Mike Cui An Qi, Managing Director of GWM Malaysia. "This enables them to fully utilize the offroad intelligent features and conquer all terrains.”
What’s more, all participants who come for the test drive will receive an exclusive GWM merchandise gift.
